Inside India Expo Centre, Greater Noida: Our ODOC 2026 Exhibition Diary

Exhibitions look glamorous in photographs. On the ground, ODOC 2026 at the India Expo Centre, Greater Noida, was trays, tongs, and thousands of first tastes. Here is how the days actually went for the Brijwasi Sweets team.
Day zero: the stall
We designed the stall around one message — Mainpuri's famous Soan Papdi, made by a family shop serving since 1978. Trays were cut on site so visitors could see the flake, not just the packaging.
The three questions we heard most
- "Why does this Soan Papdi melt differently?" — because the besan is roasted slowly in desi ghee and the dough is hand-pulled, not machine-pressed
- "Can you ship it to my city?" — yes, we courier pan-India from Mainpuri 205001
- "Is it pure vegetarian?" — every Brijwasi sweet is 100% pure veg, with no egg and no artificial colour in our Soan Papdi
What visitors bought
Festival gift boxes and 500g Soan Papdi packs moved fastest, followed by mixed mithai hampers for corporate gifting. Several buyers took our details for Diwali bulk orders.
Taking Mainpuri home
The best part of ODOC 2026 was watching people from other states taste Mainpuri for the first time. If you missed the exhibition, the same Soan Papdi is on our counter and online every day of the year.
