Brijwasi Sweets Mainpuri Soan Papdi stall

One District One Cuisine · Mainpuri

Preserving Mainpuri's Soan Papdi heritage

A family tradition since the 1800s, officially Brijwasi since 1987.

What is ODOC?

One district. One signature taste.

One District One Cuisine celebrates the dish each Uttar Pradesh district is known for. Mainpuri's answer is its flaky, ghee-rich Soan Papdi — and Brijwasi has carried that craft to state platforms.

Mainpuri's food culture is rooted in Braj traditions: pure-veg kitchens, desi ghee mithai, and festival sweets shared across families.
