Brijwasi's Milk Cake — known across Uttar Pradesh as Kalakand or Alwar ka Mawa — is slow-cooked for hours until the milk solids caramelise into a golden, grainy fudge. Each tray is set, cut, and dusted with crushed pista. A sweet that gets asked for by name at Mainpuri weddings.

Best consumed within 2 days at room temperature, or 5–7 days refrigerated in an airtight box.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate in a sealed container during summer months. Bring to room temperature before serving.
Available in 250 g, 500 g and 1 kg. For weddings and bulk orders we deliver 5 kg to 500 kg+.
Best at room temperature. Cut into 25 g squares for hampers, 50 g squares for a tea-time serving.
