Brijwasi Motichoor Ladoos are made with the smallest grade of besan boondi — fried in shallow pans, soaked in saffron syrup, kneaded with desi ghee, and shaped warm by hand so they hold together but melt the moment they hit your palate. The auspicious ladoo of Mainpuri weddings and griha pravesh ceremonies.
Brijwasi Motichoor Ladoo is what most Mainpuri weddings break the fast with — Mauli orders begin two weeks before the date.
Product Information
Best consumed within 2 days at room temperature, or 5–7 days refrigerated in an airtight box.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate in a sealed container during summer months. Bring to room temperature before serving.
Available in 250 g, 500 g and 1 kg. For weddings and bulk orders we deliver 5 kg to 500 kg+.
Serve at room temperature. 1 ladoo per puja thali, 2 per dessert portion.
